PPC Manager Are you an experienced professional with a passion for planning, production, and control in textiles? We are looking for a PPC Manager to join our growing team and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and efficiency targets. Knitting knowledge is added advantage
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), machine loading, and capacity utilization.
• Develop and track production plans, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and performance reports.Analyse bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and optimize workflow.
• Drive improvements in productivity, MIS, Costing of product, planning accuracy, and cost control.

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in PPC within a textile or apparel manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
